Is there any way to get discount train travel?
So basically i'm starting college in september and its going to cost me £8.70 to get to there, because i would probably be starting before 10am. Which is a peak time. The 16-25 railcard only works after 10am. Is there anyway i can get a student discount to travel on a train before 10am?
Depending on where you live there may be local concessionary schemes. I could tell you about it if you lived in Birmingham, otherwise you should check with your collage as they will have details of such schemes.
