Aside from Pioneer Museum of McKenzie County, are there any othe museums in Watford, North Dakota?
Websites where I can find museums, its history, travel guides, etc. What other attractions can I find there? Museums, restaurants, parks, etc.
That would be Watford City, ND, right?
A few miles south is the Northern Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park -- the Badlands. Truly amazing. Teddy's Maltese Cabin is there, and you can tour it during the summer.
Part of the Maah Dah Hey Trail starts in that area as well. And the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center is down in Washburn, a bit of a drive but most things are in North Dakota.
