i want to become a tour guide/escort with any renowned tour agency in delhi .what should i do?
im a social worker by profession [incidently] but my first love was travel trade {guidind/escorting}.i learnt german lanuage in 1992 but nowdays i acnnot make dialogues in grmn ,wishes to learn one or two more foreign languages.im based at udaipur rajasthan,well versed with indian culture ,specially spiritual heritage of our country{india},seeking some perfect guide lines from you all ! oh my age is 36 yrs.
Preferably,you have to have a guiding license either local or North India.Or you have to have a solid contacts in a travel agency to get escorting assignments even if you dont have a guiding license.Learning more languages does not necessarily mean that you will get assignments on a platter.You have to start sometime somewhere,then only you will be recognised in the market..
