Going to Los Angeles in august need info?
Hello, I am going to Los Angeles in August for my birthday, we will be there from the 14 to the 18th of august. I am staying on north vermont playing to walk to most place I plan to go to. Walking is not a issue, but going to the beach once while i'm there is. what is the best way to get there? (bus, train, cab) Any better ways? Plus does anyone know where to get some travel guides for LA? I am sooo excited to go back, I went in 1991 and loved it. Any info would be great. Thanks
If you want information on cabs, I recommend http://www.taxifarefinder.com/. There is a page for Los Angeles, and I am sure it'll help. Taxis are expensive but it's the quickest way to get around in LA.
Just make sure to avoid the infamous traffic of LA!
