What do you think of the new guidelines for Americans travelling overseas designed to avoid being offensive?
Americans have a reputation for being rude, loud and ignorant. The US government is issuing some guidelines.

the biggest problem is that the world is full of foreigners...
once they come around and everyone is part of the US then there will be no problems...
