Tamilnadu state is the worst state in literarcy rate, corruption, people are not friendly. Is it correct?
I got this info from one of my indian friend working with me in finland, i am planning to travel to india and to stay in tamilnadu. please guide me.
absolutely not. and i am not tamil. it is a great place. a lot of north indians are prejudiced about tamil nadu and honestly, the feeling is mutual. people there prefer english over hindi so go figure.
