How do Aeroplanes know where to make Turns in Mid-Air?
I flew from Frankfurt to Los Angles. i was watching my journey map and the plane i was traveling flew north untill Vancouver and turned south. It left me perplexed as to how the Pilot was guided to make a turn to south ? Please help.
Auto pilot, pilots do not fly the plane all they do is land and take off.
